Return Policy

1. Overview
At NEXIVA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
This return policy applies to all products purchased through our website, NEXIVA.eg. Returns are subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.
2. Return Window
- •You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
- •Returns requested after 14 days will not be accepted unless covered by warranty.
- •The 14-day period begins on the day you (or a third party you designate) physically receives the product.
3. Eligible Returns
To be eligible for a return, products must meet the following conditions:
- ✓Product must be in its original, unused condition
- ✓All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and warranty cards must be included
- ✓Product labels, tags, and seals must be intact and not removed
- ✓Product must not show signs of use, installation, or modification
- ✓Defective or damaged products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- ✗Products that have been used, installed, or activated
- ✗Products with missing accessories, manuals, or original packaging
- ✗Products damaged due to misuse, abuse, or accidents
- ✗Products without valid proof of purchase (order number or invoice)
- ✗Clearance or final sale items (marked as non-returnable)
5. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Contact Us
Contact our customer support team via WhatsApp (+20 123 456 7890), phone, or email (support@nexiva.eg) to request a return. Provide your order number and reason for return.
Step 2: Approval
Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) if approved. Returns without RAN will not be accepted.
Step 3: Pack Product
Pack the product securely in its original box with all accessories. Include the RAN inside the package.
Step 4: Pickup
We will arrange a pickup from your address within 2-3 business days. Keep the product ready for collection.
6. Refund Processing
- •Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it within 2-3 business days.
- •If the return is approved, refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days.
- •For Cash on Delivery orders: Refund via cash through our courier service.
- •For online payments: Refund to original payment method (3-7 business days).
- •Store credit option: Instant credit for future purchases with 5% bonus.
7. Shipping Costs
- •Defective or incorrect products: Return shipping is FREE.
- •Buyer's remorse returns: A shipping fee of 30-50 EGP applies (depending on location).
- •The shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
8. Exchanges
We offer FREE product exchanges for:
- ✓Different size or color of the same product (subject to availability)
- ✓Different product of equal or higher value (you pay the difference)
- ✓Defective products with immediate replacement
Important Notice
NEXIVA reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy. All decisions regarding returns and refunds are at the discretion of NEXIVA management. This policy may be updated periodically without prior notice.
